Wednesday, July 26th 6:30PM - 9:30PM at the Fort Belvoir Bowling Center
The Fairfax-Lee Chapter of AUSA will sponsor a Celebration of the Army on Wednesday the 26th of July at the Fort Belvoir Bowling Center. The purpose of which is to recognize the selfless service and sacrifice of our DA Civilians, Soldiers, and their Families. All are invited! Please come and bring a friend!!
This three hour event will feature free Cosmic Bowling, Virginia BBQ and free beverages for all in attendance from 6:30PM until 9:30PM at the Fort Belvoir Bowling Center, 5975 Middleton Rd., Fort Belvoir, VA 22060.
Door prizes will be given away every half hour and chapter executive committee members will be on hand to address current AUSA efforts underway and to discuss where else we may be able to positively influence the lives of DA Civilians, Soldiers and their Families here within the greater Washington area.
The event is designed to provide a great opportunity for all who want to support Soldiers and their Families to relax and learn a bit about their local AUSA chapter's efforts to meet their needs as well as AUSA's national efforts to address Soldier and Family issues with congress. The Fairfax-Lee Chapter of AUSA remains committed to supporting Soldier and Family programs within the area.
Please take some time this week to reflect on our Nation's great fortune and those who sacrifice so freely to ensure its sustainment. With that reflection I wish to thank you all for your service and your continued support of AUSA and our local chapter. Your actions make a difference!
