Chapter President Harold Tucker was pleased to accept on behalf of all members, associate members, community partners and friends of AUSA the BEST CHAPTER award from AUSA National on 13 October 2020.  Due to COVID restrictions and a virtual annual meeting, the banner was pre-shipped to President Tucker who recorded a short acceptance statement praising the chapter's leadership team and all members of the chapter across the state.  It was the first time for the chapter to receive the award and we are very excited to receive this recognition.  AUSA Arkansas covers the entire state of Arkansas reaching out to a large National Guard presence, smaller US Army Reserve group and a very small group of active duty Army members across the state.  We are heavily involved with the state's JROTC programs, ROTC programs, Army Recruiters, and family events with the Guard and Reserve units.  Thanks again to the chapter leadership team who helped make this recognition possible.
